Come join the Reel Thang on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for some great light tackle Outer Banks fishing. Captain Will has fished the nearshore and inshore waters of his home on the OBX for over 25 years and is one of the most experienced fishing guides in the area. The Outer Banks is famous for its inshore and near shore fishing and Captain Will is ready to take you to his favorite spots. We have great runs of Cobia, Spanish Mackeral, Sharks and more in the coastal Atlantic Ocean. Speckled trout, flounder, red drum are just a few species we catch in the protected waters that surround Roanoke Island. Reel Thang operates in the OBX from April through October.

We are located in Wanchese, North Carolina, which is on the south end of Roanoke Island at Wanchese Marina. This gives great access to the Pamlico Sound, Oregon Inlet, as well as Albemarle and Roanoke Sounds, and the Atlantic Ocean. We supply all first class light tackle and any lures and live bait we may use. Also supplied is a North Carolina Salt Water Fishing license.
