Captain Will is the owner and operator of Reel Thang Charters. He has fished full time for over 25 years on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. His local knowledge of the surrounding Pamlico Sound and the waters off of Oregon Inlet will insure you have a productive and safe day on the water! When you book a trip on Reel Thang you can be sure that we do every thing possible to catch fish, have fun and hopefully make memories that will last a lifetime.

North Carolina offers a wide variety of fish and conditions to choose from. This is where Captain Will’s experience really comes into play. He keeps an eye on the weather and tides, local fishing reports and seasons to make sure you get the most out of your trip. Also, if at all possible, we cater to what you as a customer want to catch and what conditions will be best suited for you.

ABOUT THE VESSEL

The Reel Thang is a 27 foot Parker that has a pair of new 200 hp Suzuki outboards, a full tower for sight casting Cobia and Red Fish, live well, fish box, wrap-around seat in front, fold down seat in the back, first class light tackle, blue tooth stereo, gps and fish finder. It has a 40 kt top speed and with a extra wide beam making it a fishing machine .
